All you need in one single space

THE ROOMS OF THE COALHOUSE

Every room has been carefully designed to provide comfort and convenience and includes:

  • A private washbasin

  • A comfortable pull-out bed (90cm to 160 cm)

  • A wardrobe with ample storage space

  • Storage space above the sanitary in most of the rooms

  • Elegant curtains for added privacy

  • An intercom with video

  • A personal refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment

  • A private shower

Toilets can be found on each floor (minimum 1).

Deposits are always 2 months of rent, regardless of the rental period.

We are open to different rental periods.

Information

At the moment we don`t have photos of the rooms on the ground floor and in the house at the back, as they are not yet finished. We will finish these places during the summer. If you would prefer to rent a ground floor room or room at the back, feel free to contact us.
