WHO ARE THE humans behind the rooms?

What started as a long search for a well-kept clean room to start higher education in Antwerp, soon evolved in making our own place. We wanted to create a cosy place where the landlord listens to residents, looks after them and the clean, well-maintained house.

In 2014 our journey began with a studenthouse and 7 rooms. Four years later we would repeat making new student houses because of the succes, our residents did finally find a home away from home.

Nowadays we work under our company name ''De Koterie'' to manage our student houses.

With the COALHOUSE project we provide a new Cohousing where both students and young starters are welcome.
